Welcome to Intervalmed..!! We're glad you found us. Please call the office at (614) 699-5700 to schedule an appointment to establish as a new patient with our Clinic. If you are busy and cannot call at this time, you can also have us call you by sending us a email at Info@intervalmed.com. We look forward to caring for your medical needs.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a paid session please do so within 24 hrs of booking to get a full refund. After 24 hrs, only 50% of the paid amount is refunded to cover administrative costs. To keep a session but need to re-schedule, please contact us at (614) 699-5700 or via email at info@intervalmed.com. Thank you.
